**About the Centre**:
Our centre follows the Lifelong Learning Curriculum, Australia's most advanced approach to early childhood education. We provide healthy, delicious meals prepared onsite, and offer fun, engaging learning zones along with outdoor play areas. Additionally, we have strong connections with local schools and community groups, and offer a government-approved kindergarten program to ensure children receive the best start to their educational journey.

**About the Role**
- Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

**About you**
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
- A current Working with Children’s Check
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
