About the role

The Centre Manager provides leadership to ensure that Noble Park Community Centre continues to promote community development and engagement, meaningful participation and an environment that welcomes people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities.

The Centre Manager is responsible to the NPCC Governance Committee for the operation, team leadership, financial accountability and development of the Centre. The Centre Manager is also responsible for ensuring that the Centre operates in accordance with all legislative and compliance requirements, the organization’s policies and service agreements with funding bodies and other partners.

Key areas of responsibility:
Develop NPCC as a recognised and valued hub for the local community to participate, learn, and belong.

Promote and bring about a culture of respect, fairness and acceptance of diversity.

Oversee the financial management.

Ensure Noble Park Community Centre provides a broad range of meaningful, inclusive and appropriate programs and activities which give opportunities for community members to participate, engage, and grow.
