Now Hiring | We are searching for a well-connected RTW Style Advisor to join our client who is one of the most luxurious brands in the world - with a renowned product category of RTW, Accessories, Leather goods, Footwear, Fine Jewellery and more - this fashion house creates a customer experience that is simply unparalleled.

In this role you will be based in Castlereagh St - a busy and growing boutique - as a strong Brand Ambassador, who is a leader in style, RTW product knowledge, and clientelling. Your client centric approach and flair for styling will be evident, alongside of your generous sharing of your expertise with your peers and driving customer interaction with new and existing clients.
- Represent the boutique and act as the style expert with clients, while mentoring, coaching and leading by example with the team.
- Hosting weekly information sessions in the morning meeting on incoming garments and re-training on classic items as well as a hosting styling session with the team.
- Monthly reporting and review of product sales and feedback working closely with the Retail, Buying, Training, VM & Training departments.
- Review the seasonal collections and provide relevant feedback during the buying cycle
- Provide strong, personalised service with clients through private appointments, providing styling tips and developing their interest in the Ready to Wear category,

To be successful in this role we are looking for profiles with a strong background in Australian Designer or Luxury RTW - if your flair for styling with clients has superseded your management career this role could be ideal for you
- Strong understanding of the product, knowledge of the brand heritage and the ability to work strategically and innovatively within the brand guidelines.
- The ability to work with people of various backgrounds including open communication and making sound decisions
- Exceptional client relationship skills and the ability to build loyal and lasting relationships.
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to provide clear and accurate reports on the category
- Passion for developing and motivating others to achieve performance goals, showing adaptability to work across various learning styles.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
