**AUS DESIGNER FASHION - PADDINGTON**

NOW HIRING |** **A luxury RTW & Occasion wear Designer brand is growing on a global scale. The success of their RTW collection has resulted in growth for the team - we are seeking a full-time (part-time will also be considered) Client Advisor who is passionate about delighting clients through superior levels of service.

In this role, you will have a clear passion and understanding of the customer base, aesthetics and driving a retail business based in Sydney’s prestigious shopping district Strand Arcade. You will understand how to deliver an exceptional customer experience, be able to work independently and be passionate about Australian Designer fashion - this role has a clearly defined progression path into a more senior level role.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive sales to hit daily store targets and KPI
- Build, nurture and maintain a VIP database - driving proactive engagement and communicating when new styles arrive in store
- Ensure the presentation and visual standards are met in accordance with brand expectations

The successful talent might have a background similar to this:

- Luxury customer service background
- CRM and VIP building experience
- Passionate and motivated to achieve
