Seeking an experienced APS6 Diversity & Inclusion Officer. 6/12 Month term. Potential permanency/extension.

**Your new company**
A leading government agency invested in maintaining the governments voting integrity is seeking exceptional APS6 Diversity and Inclusion Officers for a 6/12 month term with potential extension.

**Your new role**
Working closely with Divisions, you will be tasked to deliver strategically-aligned workforce solutions in diversity and inclusion. You will work in a highly supportive, fast paced team committed to improving organisational outcomes. You will draw on your existing skills, experience, and capability to manage multiple and often competing deliverables to help create quality wide-reaching workforce improvements.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering effective and relevant diversity and inclusion workforce solutions that are fit-for-purpose, balancing immediate business needs with medium and long-term objectives.
- Demonstrated experience to respond flexibly to a complex and changing environment, displaying willingness to easily adapt to meet evolving organisational needs.
- Proven ability to influence others, including more senior stakeholders, seeking to understand your audience to help compile and present information to achieve quality outcomes.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively, understanding different perspectives and engaging proactively with stakeholders by finding common ground and demonstrating a clear understanding of their issues and challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise work to achieve work goals and meet deadlines, including dealing with competing demands and managing multiple projects.
