My client is a leading accounting and advisory firm in Australia. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead a team of accountants in the preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, and other financial documents
- Provide guidance and training to junior staff members to ensure quality work output
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, responding to their queries in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accounting standards
- Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Provide strategic advice to clients to help them achieve their financial goals

Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in public accounting or related field, with a focus on tax and compliance services
- CA/CPA Qualified or studying towards
- Strong knowledge of Australian accounting principles and standards
- Ability to manage and develop a team of professionals
- Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in accounting software
