As an **Inside Sales Representative, **you will be responsible for managing and nurturing marketing leads through the funnel that results in free trials or opportunities for our Sales team. You will work hand in hand with our talented marketing, sales and Digital Growth teams to engage with leads from various marketing campaigns. Additionally, a key function of the ISR is to support our focus accounts by building relationships, driving awareness and education and sales revenue through digital buying for those accounts.

**Some of the key activities of this role include**:

- Lead management: prospect, educate, qualify and develop Marketing prospects and inbound leads to create free trials and sales-ready leads and opportunities
- Identify new lead prospects through internet research and social media
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing Marketing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in Ansarada products
- Work collaboratively with the Digital Growth and Sales team on outbound sales campaigns to target new business
- Update lead scoring and prospect interaction in Salesforce to ensure efficient lead management
- Providing closed-loop feedback between sales and marketing to ensure continuous process optimisation.

**We’d love to hear from you if you**:

- have relevant experience in B2B sales in a similar role (preferably tech sales or selling into government agencies, big 4)
- have a strong passion for technology sales and a hunger to achieve results and hit your targets
- have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present and articulate the value of our SaaS and Tender management solutions
- thrive working in a high-energy metric-driven sales team environment.
- are knowledgeable in utilizing social selling methodologies and channels to drive sales.
