**About The Role**:
The Business Development Associate is responsible for supporting the sales team by tracking contract expiries, assisting with client relationship management, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Business Development Associate will ensure that sales pipelines are tracked, contract renewals are managed efficiently and that clients receive timely follow-ups.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor contract timelines to ensure timely renewals and accurate CRM record-keeping
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including assisting with preparing proposals, pitch decks and presentations.
- Assist in business development efforts by identifying prospects and supporting client acquisition
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support satisfaction and retentionCollaborate across internal teams to address client needs and contribute to broader business objectives**About You**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or related discipline or equivalent comparable work experience
- Proven sales support experience in financial services, with solid understanding of industry operations
- Skilled in managing client relationships, agreement renewals, and CRM systems such as Salesforce to manage pipelines, track activity, and generate reports.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills with client-facing experience
- Proven ability to build relationships, manage tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detailHighly organised with effective time management to coordinate multiple responsibilities**What we offer**
