AGL’s Health, Safety & Environment team have an exciting opportunity for a HSE Systems Advisor.

Based in Melbourne, Sydney or Newcastle, this role will be supporting the development, implementation and continuous improvement of AGL’s HSE Management System (HSEMS).

What you’ll be doing:

- Supporting the development and implement of AGL’s HSEMS.
- Provide HSEMS support across multiple AGL sites.
- Support stakeholders through accurate and regulatory reporting of health and safety performance
- Developing and delivering HSEMS training, ensuring alignment across the enterprise
- Tracking, assessing and communicating legislative requirements and changes related to health and safety, while ensuring integration into HSEMS.

What you’ll bring:

- Proven experience in ISO45001
- Understanding of HSE principles, compliance and risk management.
- Proficiency in reporting, risk assessments and HSE auditing processes.
- Demonstrated experience in document development and reporting.
