We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Accounts Officer/Receptionist to join our busy Rugby League team.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Client liaison, including telephone enquiries from customers, suppliers and members;
- Receipt of deliveries and organising couriers;
- Manage Accounts inbox and any incoming/outgoing mail;
- Coordinating the use of meeting rooms;
- Processing sales and purchasing invoices;
- Reconcile supplier statements;
- Update FBT register;
- Assist with annual audit preparation;
- Process other Transactional Data as required

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- 3+ years previous relevant experience in an accounts clerk role,
- The ability to multi
- task and prioritise whilst building positive internal and external relationships;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Proactive and positive attitude;
- Intermediate computer skills and thorough administration practices;
- Microsoft Dynamics - Preferred
- MYOB Essentials
- Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook - Intermediate
- High Attention to detail and;
- Ability to work automatously and in a team.
