Executive Assistant

**Hello Espresso **is an independent and diversified communications company, and the umbrella organisation for a pair of companies that provide professional consulting services across a range of disciplines, including government relations, broad spectrum marketing and communications and strategic content development.
**Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to;**
- Call, calendar and mail management for the CEO and Editorial Director
- Managing travel arrangements
- Leading the onboarding of new staff members, and offboarding of leavers
- Maintaining our systems such as Harvest, Zoom, Slack, Slice and LastPass, and ‘managing upwards’ to drive best practice among the team
- Compiling client reports, tracking budgets, creating spreadsheets to quickly sort disparate data and information
- Organising internal company events
- Maintain cleanliness of the office and liaise with the facilities manager with any issues
- Ownership of supplier relationships, including but not limited to IT support and shared workspace facilities
- Managing the website domains
- Assisting business/finance manager with various admin/back-end processes as required
- Other ad hoc duties as required
- Ability to work autonomously & manage multiple competing priorities
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Professional written and verbal presentation, with excellent spelling and grammar
- Ability to liaise with all levels of stakeholders
- Highly proficient use of technology, with fast and accurate keyboard skills
- Self-motivation and ability to anticipate the needs of those they are supporting
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
