**Deli Assistant - Full-Time / Casual**

We are seeking a motivated and reliable **Deli Assistant** to join our busy and friendly team in Winston Hills. This position requires availability to work **both weekdays and weekends**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Slice, prepare, and package deli products to a high standard
- Maintain clean, organised, and well-presented work and display areas
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with stock rotation, replenishment, and general deli operations

**Requirements**:

- Availability to work **weekends and weekdays** as rostered
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Previous deli, retail, or hospitality experience is desirable, but full training will be provided
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
