At My Deli Winston Hills, we pride ourselves on delivering premium deli goods and exceptional customer service to our community. We are seeking enthusiastic **Deli Hands** to join our growing team.

**The Role**
As a Deli Hand, you’ll be responsible for assisting with food preparation, serving customers, maintaining a clean work environment, and ensuring the deli always looks its best.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve customers with a friendly, professional manner.
- Slice meats, prepare deli items, and package goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the deli.
- Restock shelves and assist with inventory.
- Support team members and follow directions.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a deli, hospitality, or retail setting (preferred but not essential).
- Great communication and people skills.
- Strong attention to detail and food safety awareness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available **every day of the week, including weekends**.
