**About Us**
My Deli at Winston Hills is a family-run gourmet deli, offering premium meats, cheeses, antipasto, and coffee. We’re passionate about excellent service and high-quality products, and we’re looking for a motivated **Deli Manager** to lead our team.

**The Role**
As Deli Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage staff, maintain stock levels, and ensure food safety standards are met. This is a hands-on leadership role, suited to someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for great customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and supervise deli staff.
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and presentation.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Assist in training and developing team members.

**Requirements**:

- Previous management or supervisory experience in a deli, supermarket, or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices.
- Availability to work **across all days, including weekends**.
- A positive, team-focused attitude.

**How to Apply**

Pay: $25.29 - $34.20 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

**Experience**:

- Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
