About Us

My Deli at Winston Hills is a family-run gourmet deli, offering premium meats, cheeses, antipasto, and coffee. We're passionate about excellent service and high-quality products, and we're looking for a motivated Deli Manager to lead our team.

The Role

As Deli Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, manage staff, maintain stock levels, and ensure food safety standards are met. This is a hands-on leadership role, suited to someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for great customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise deli staff.
• Oversee stock control, ordering, and presentation.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Assist in training and developing team members.

Requirements

• Previous management or supervisory experience in a deli, supermarket, or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices.
• Availability to work across all days, including weekends.
• A positive, team-focused attitude.

Pay: $25.29 – $34.20 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

Experience:

• Management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
