**About the role**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our Wetherill Park team.

In this role, you will ensure our production processes meet or exceed regulatory and industry standards for quality and safety. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic environment, where you will play a critical role in maintaining compliance and driving continuous improvement within the QA team.

**About you**

This role would suit a highly motivated QA leader with a true passion for quality and food safety. You are a confident communicator with strong decision-making ability and thrives under a high paced environment.
- Experience from the meat industry would be advantageous, but is not essential
- Tertiary qualifications or substantial practical experience
- Food production experience at a supervisory level (preferably within a GMP environment)
- Thorough understanding of HACCP, State Food, AQIS and Australian Standard
- Strong experience leading and motivating a team
- Quality and continuous improvement focused
- Demonstrated ability to think quickly, clearly, logically whilst meeting deadlines
- Outstanding attention to detail
