We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Grade 3 Allied Health Assistant to join our exceptional Rehabilitation at Home team as part of the Western at Home division. Our dedicated team is committed to providing high-quality care and rehabilitation services to individuals recently discharged from the hospital.

About Rehabilitation at Home

Rehabilitation at Home specialises in delivering intensive, short-term therapy tailored to the unique needs of our clients. Our services ensure that individuals receive the support they need during their recovery journey, right from the comfort of their own homes.

Role Overview

As a successful applicant, you will become part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team that offers both center-based and home-based therapy. Services are delivered either in-person or via telehealth, catering to various client cohorts, including those with musculoskeletal, neurological, and general medical conditions.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions under the guidance of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and speech pathologists.
- Assisting in the coordination of the Allied Health workforce within the Rehabilitation at Home and Specialised Rehabilitation Program (SRP).
- Collaborating closely with Grade 3 Allied Health Assistants in both the SRP and Aquatic Therapy Services.

Position Details

This is a permanent part-time position (0.6EFT) that requires flexibility, as the successful team member will work on Saturdays and Sundays, along with one weekday shift. Please review the attached Position Description.
