**About the Role**:
A rare opportunity has just become available as The Head of Health Insurance within the highly reputable, Compare the Market. Excitingly this division has seen significant growth and we are looking for someone to lead the team and continue to evolve this vertical to deliver long-term success.

You will join a friendly and positive culture and have a close-knit team with plenty of tenure and experience to leverage. Whilst your immediate team of direct reports is less than five, the larger team and stakeholders will feel like one big team working collaboratively to achieve success.

As a key senior member of the Commercial Division, this role is instrumental in shaping and delivering the long-term health vertical strategy. This includes delivering on our Partner Management Strategy, defining the Product roadmap, and ensuring the successful execution of the Marketing strategy, whilst ensuring the customer journey is optimised.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
Contribute to Health Strategy:

- Lead the development and execution of the Compare the Market Health Strategy for sustainable growth and profitability.
- Integrate into the planning and delivery of the Health Strategy, including marketing plans.

Partnerships Strategy & Leadership:

- Execute the Partner Management Strategy, ensuring optimal business partnerships and product alignment.
- Strategically manage health insurance partners, fostering relationships, and negotiating successful outcomes.
- Lead the Health team, overseeing all facets of the day-to-day operations to deliver growth within the vertical.

Health Marketing Strategy & Leadership:

- Monitor and contribute to the execution of the Health Vertical marketing plan. Provide guidance to the Marketing team, ensuring alignment with Health Strategy and goals

**About You**:
You are a highly motivated and strategic individual ready to join us in the position of Head of Health Insurance at Compare the Market.

You currently hold a similar role or are well established in the industry and have experience at this level, perhaps without the title, but do have the necessary exposure and are seeking career advancement.

Ideally, you possess in-depth knowledge of Health Insurance products and industry dynamics, and/or can demonstrate your ability to quickly acquire new industry knowledge by diving into the details, if you currently hold a similar role in another industry.

Your proven track record includes executing strategic plans, delivering positive business outcomes, and showcasing strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

With your analytical mindset, you can provide valuable insights into industry trends. Experience
- Relevant experience in a “Head Of” role is preferred but not essential.
- 5+ years in account/partner management, including leadership roles.
- In-depth experience in Health Insurance products and industry dynamics.
