**About the role**

We are seeking a part-time Finance Officer to join the team at Alloys in Laverton North, Victoria. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll and other financial tasks to support the smooth running of the business.

**What you'll be doing**
- Processing payroll, including calculating and distributing employee wages, salaries, and deductions
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date payroll records
- Preparing and submitting payroll tax returns and other regulatory reporting
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable tasks
- Providing general financial and administrative support to the finance team

**What we're looking for**
- Relevant qualifications in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a payroll or finance officer role
- Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
- Proficient in using payroll and accounting software (Employment Hero)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
