- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and uphold the values of dignity, respect, and patient-centred care.

**About you**:

- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent, with current AHPRA registration.
- Experience in aged care, general practice, or similar settings.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing remote or regional nursing teams.
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for providing exceptional aged care services.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to use electronic health records and clinical software effectively.
- Willingness to travel regularly across NSW.
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in aged care practices and regulations.
- Ability to address challenges and implement process improvements to enhance the quality of care.

**What We Offer**:

- Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday, no shift work—enjoy your weekends, public holidays, and nights off, plus Christmas Day
- Competitive Compensation: Above-award salary with an annual remuneration review.
- Inclusive Culture: Your voice matters here—we encourage innovation, suggestions, and ideas for improvement.
