Our baristas work goes beyond handcrafting a perfectly made beverage. It is about creating genuine moments of connection with our guests and making a difference in their day.

**OUR BARISTAS ARE**_**RESPONSIBLE**_ **FOR**
- Making and serving specialty coffee and tea beverages
- Delivering exceptional customer service, speaking and interacting with new and regular customers.
- Maintenance and upkeep of coffee machine and equipment
- Maintaining a clean and sanitised work station
- Adhere to recipes and presentation for food and beverage items.
- Contribute to positive team environment

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Right attitude - high energy levels, hardworking, reliable, honest, passionate, always welcoming and smiling to customers
- Ability to work as part of a positive and close knit team
- Well presented, communication skills and time management skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred
- Can speak English fluently and must be in Australia for at least 12 months

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
