Brunetti Oro is seeking experienced **Baristas** to join our friendly, dedicated, expanding team.

Serious about coffee, our Barista team receives **accredited Barista training and ongoing mentorship from our coffee partners Lavazza, giving you a professional edge **while working in adynamic and professional environment. There are many learning and development opportunities available.

You should have a minimum of 1 years experience and have the ability to provide superior levels of customer service.

The successful applicant must:

- Be fast on the machine, yet not willing to compromise on quality (Barista)
- Be confident
- Be a strong communicator
- Work as part of a team
- Demonstrate superior levels of customer service
- Have knowledge of dialing in recipes
- Have experience adjusting brewing parameters
- Experience working with volumetrics is desirable
- We work with 2 La Cimbali 4 group M-100 machines and utilise a Juggler tap system

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.71 - $36.63 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
