**About the client**:
Root canal and endodontist specialist. This long-established practice, led by two dentists, is centrally located between Manly and Palm Beach, and is only steps away from several free parking locations and the popular B-Line express.

**About the role**:
As the Practice Manager, you will ideally you will have the ability to hit the ground running. A full hand over with the incumbent will offer a comprehensive assessment of the position. You will be responsible for overseeing the business side of a dental practice to ensure that the business runs smoothly. Your primary duties include recruiting and supervising administrative personnel, managing a records database, and processing payroll instructions. Ideally you will also be competent in safety management and facility management. You must thrive in an environment of self-direction, and function with mínimal supervision.

**Duties may include**:

- Creating duty rosters for Dentists and other staff of the practice
- Scheduling and confirming dental appointments
- Filling and maintaining patient medical records
- Hiring, training and supervising administrative support staff
- Organising building maintenance, security and cleaning services
- Ensuring that the practice meets legal, health and safety and other regulatory guidelines

**Qualifications skills and experience**:

- Demonstrated abilities in internal and external marketing, financial management, and dental software technology.
- Extensive experience/qualification in managing the financial and business
