Your Impact

Working within our vibrant Health Funds and Patient Services team, you’ll support hospital-wide services and contribute to critical processes that ensure accurate billing, strong relationships with health funds, and compliance with contracts and policies.

What You’ll Be Doing- Assisting with data gathering and preparation for audits- Monitoring communications and ensuring timely, professional responses- Maintaining records and updating information in WebPAS (Patient Management System)- Liaising across departments to retrieve clinical documentation and verify patient data- Supporting compliance reporting and contract administration under the guidance of the Lead Specialist - Health Funding Compliance

What You Bring- Experience in private hospital billing, health fund product knowledge, or similar industry experience (preferred)- Certificate in Health Administration or similar (preferred but not essential)- A keen eye for detail and a methodical, organised approach- A proactive mindset - you enjoy solving problems, digging into the detail, and supporting organisational goals- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude- Solid understanding of the Privacy Act and the importance of confidentiality- Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Teams, and ideally WebPAS
