We are thrilled to expand our rapidly growing entertainment hub with the launch of our new location in Moorabbin, and require a 2IC assistant manager.

**About The Role**

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual to step into an Assistant Manager role to support to the Multi-Site manager. This role involves assisting with daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting the venue staff. Full training provided.

**Main Duties**
- Assist in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing of the venue.
- Ensure the venue remains clean, organised, and properly maintained.
- Adhere to and enforce operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Assist in staff rosters, and provide training and support to junior staff.
- Ensure safety equipment is clean, operational, and readily accessible for customers.
- Help with ad-hoc tasks and errands as needed.
- Maintain open lines of communication with the Managers and provide feedback on operations.
- Assist in monitoring and managing maintenance and repairs.
- Help maintain a positive workplace environment.

**About You**
- Minimum 1-year experience in a hospitality or entertainment role.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and can take initiative without being instructed.
- Hardworking, reliable and dedicated, with a can-do attitude.
