We are seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Ipswich to join our supportive, nationally dispersed team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in our organisation’s growth by delivering end-to-end recruitment. You’ll partner with leaders to attract and secure great talent — with a focus on the full recruitment lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilise innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent across diverse roles and locations.
- Facilitate pre-employment activities to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared for success.

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in a highly administrative role.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- An attitude focused on teamwork, collaboration and finding the best talent.
- Great customer service skills - both over the phone and in person.
