**About the Role**

Reporting to the Operations Leader, you will lead a small team within our retail store. The store will service light vehicles and 4WD vehicles primarily for our consumer customers.

To ensure that you and the store-based team can focus on providing an excellent in-store experience for all our customers, the customer contact centre will book your customer appointments at your store. Our sales representatives will help to grow your store-based accounts and our customer support team will be there to help you with your administrative needs.

You will be responsible for:

- People leadership including, recruitment, performance management, coaching
- Providing exceptional customer service that is targeted and fit for purpose in order to build and maintain relationships
- Achieving store sales targets and goals
- Championing and maintain a safe working environment
- Encouraging and developing positive and enthusiastic work culture/environment
- Managing in-store customer enquiries and bookings
- Allocation of workshop activities and tasks to the team
- Store administration including daily banking, invoicing
- Stock control and management of store security & assets
- Tyre fitting & balancing in the workshop as required

**About You**

We are looking for positive leaders who are eager to uncover new opportunities, grow the business and engage with the local community.

You don’t need to have tyre industry experience as you will be trained on the job. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to provide excellence in customer services & sales and have a passion for the automotive industry. Also;
- 2-years retail management experience preferred
- Be a champion of a safe working environment
- Lead by example and enjoy helping others to achieve their goals
- Set and achieve sales targets and goals
- Have great time management skills and can organise others
- Be mechanically minded and enjoy hands on physical work
- Hold a current driver’s license
