The Job:
We're looking for a Hospitality/Commercial Cookery Trainer to run our Hospitality courses.

You will be training and assessing students completing the Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and Diploma in Hospitality Management.

The role requires 2 days at our campus in Mt Gravatt. With an additional half day allocated to marking, online delivery or course preparation. Depending on demand for the course, these hours can increase.

This role is great for a chef that is looking to reduce their hours in the kitchen or wanting extra hours during the day.

The Location:
AIAS is located within the Mount Gravatt TAFE campus in Mt Gravatt East. Due to our location we have excellent public transport and facilities.

The Ideal Applicant:
Is a great communicator

Has a passion for teaching

Qualifications in Hospitality/Commercial Cookery

Experience in delivering nationally accredited courses

Current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment

**Requirements**:
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery

Diploma of Hospitality

OR a Higher Qualification such as a a Bachelor's in a related field.

Prefer applicants that hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
