The Roles

Depending on your experience level, you'll be responsible for:

  • Servicing and maintaining bodies of water at stunning residential pools and high-pressure commercial sites
  • Inspecting, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues
  • Repairing and installing pool equipment
  • Performing water tests and balancing chemicals
  • Providing expert pool advice and educating clients and staff
  • Capturing your labour of love via our Poolwerx app and generating world-class service reports

About YouWe're hiring based on attitude, experience and potential. You may have extensive experience in the pool industry, or none at all. What matters is that you're:

  • Reliable, punctual and self-motivated - you don't just turn up, you show up
  • Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team - sharing ideas
  • Mechanically minded and not afraid of hands-on work - you muck in when needed
  • Willing to learn, make mistakes, take direction and never stop asking questions - grow with us
  • Must have a manual driving licence
  • Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
