Are you an experienced Social Media Coordinator who is an expert content creator with a passion for understanding trends, managing multiple social media accounts and reporting and analytics?

With the fast-growing nature of our business, Take Two Marketing & Events, are looking for a full-time Social Media Coordinator to join our expanding team, reporting to our Director.

We are the proud owners of several fast-growing Australian homeware brands. We design, manufacture, and import innovative household products and through our boutique content creation company and E-commerce stores we take these products to market.

**About the Role**

We’re looking for someone who has at least 1-2 years experience in the marketing/social media landscape. You’ll need proven experience with content creation, the ability to manage and plan social media calendars and provide analysis on a regular basis.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Managing multiple social media accounts for the Agency including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and Youtube
- Develop, coordinate, and implement social media content and strategy
- Content creation including images and videos
- Creating social media calendars and scheduling posts
- Copywriting for social media posts
- Collaborate with Content and Graphic Design teams
- Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns through reporting / analysis and suggest improvements
- Monthly reporting on all marketing, making recommendations and suggestions for improvement

**Your Skills and Attributes**
- Minimum 1-2 years previous experience in a social media role essential
- Experience and excellence in social media marketing specifically on Instagram (Posts, IG Story and Reels), YouTube, Facebook, TikTok
- Copywriting
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing or related field
- Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Have an understanding of the social media influencer landscape
- Photo and video editing skills (desirable but not essential)
- Be a creative thinker
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Brilliant time management skills
- Be eager, hardworking and a very fast learner
- Be an independent and self-motivated individual who can work with mínimal supervision
