**What you'll do as a Associate Test Analyst**:
- Adhere to company policies and procedures with careful attention and diligence
- Develop and manage risk-based test cases thoughtfully
- Coordinate with the development team to keep system testing in sync with updates and changes
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality output within set cost parameters
- Identify and specify the suitable tests needed for the task and outline the related test environment and test data required
- Maintain comprehensive testing documentation with attention to detail
- Sustain testing coverage to ensure satisfactory quality levels
- Suggest process and/or equipment improvements for more effective testing
- Complete timesheets and compliance training with dedication
- Work collaboratively with development and validation teams, possessing excellent verbal, written, and numeracy skills, especially listening

**What you'll need to succeed**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in software testing or quality assurance is a plus.
- Relevant certifications, such as ISTQB, are beneficial.
- Strong mathematical and analytical prowess
- Keen attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills and adaptability in changing environments
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and proficient in Excel
