About The Role
Bring your graduate recruitment or career advice experience to this impactful role and make a difference in the careers of future Chartered accountants. As a Careers Engagement Consultant, you will look to connect inspire & develop students and graduates to help them realise the value of being a Chartered Accountant (CA).

This is a varied role that will require you to interact with a range of stakeholders across different segments via phone or face to face at various events such as careers fairs, university presentations and industry events.
This is a great opportunity to utilise your relationship building skills and grow your networks with employers, graduates, educators, students, and other key stakeholders to attract future members to the CA Program.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Educating and inspire students and graduates about becoming a CA through identifying opportunities to engage virtually and face to face
- Managing relationships with employers, graduates, educators, students, and other key stakeholders to support the attraction of the profession and develop the future member pipeline
- Promoting and supporting brand campaigns, positioning, and values in all interactions
- Leading and supporting on-campus promotion of career marketing events/campaigns through university career advisers, academics, student societies and faculty staff
- Management of a team of CA Student Representatives (university students) who will represent CA ANZ on campus
- Representing CA ANZ at university career fairs, student society events and relevant industry seminars

ABOUT YOU
This role would ideally suit an individual with a keen interest in building relationships, delivering exceptional service to customers / clients and inspiring and developing the next generation. To be considered, you will be able to demonstrate:

- Experience working in a customer-facing team to deliver consistent brand experiences (prior Graduate recruitment or experience with early careers will be highly regarded)
- Knowledge of the education system or accounting profession would be highly advantageous
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence outcomes at all levels
- Ability to coach and guide others
- Excellent interpersonal skills, public speaking ability and written communications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Tertiary qualification highly regarded
