**The Job**

Our client has several openings available for reliable people who are seeking ongoing work.

The environment is a fast-paced chicken processing site that produces a wide range of finished products for the retail market. The employee environment is large and diverse with a wide range of amazing personalities making up your team.

You will need to be fit, energetic, and motivated with an eye for detail on quality. You will need to have an outstanding history of reliability and dependability.

All applicants will start off on an "On-Call" basis where you will be offered shifts daily and can work towards a weekly roster with their reliability, work ethic, and desire to continually improve. On-call personnel are typically offered available shifts daily giving the opportunity to earn full income if desired.

**Shifts Available**
- There are immediate needs for persons who can reliably commit to being reliable and dependable.
- **YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE for ALL shifts Monday to Friday**:

- Day shift - 7am - 3pm
- Afternoon Shift - 3pm - 11pm - Overtime is regularly required on this shift
- Saturday overtime shifts regularly available.

**Transport**

It is highly desirable that applicants have a current Drivers licence and own transport as the public transport servicing Night shift start and afternoon shift end does not align well.

**Desirable Criteria**
- Similar experience in fast paced production environments.
- Experience in food preparation industries with high quality standards and fast-paced requirements.

Forklift Operation High Reach or Counterbalance (desirable not essential)

**Essential Critera**
- Must be able to pass drug and alcohol testing.
- Need to be fit and free from injuries.
- Able to work well in a team environment and enjoy having a bit of fun whilst working together.
- Must be an Australian Citizen or have full working rights.
- Must genuinely want ongoing income.
- Able to provide 2 contactable work-related references.
- **MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR ALL SHIFTS**

**Salary**: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour
