What you need to know
- This role is Permanent Full-time, 76hrs/fortnight
- Applications close Tuesday 13th May 2025
- In this role you will have a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts (from 7:00am to 9:00pm).
- You have the availability to work alternating weekend shifts (both Saturday and Sunday).

- Passionate about creating unforgettable dining experiences through a deep love for food, outstanding product quality, and exceptional service delivery.
- Customer-focused, with the ability to analyse customer insights, identify opportunities, and work collaboratively with your team to implement and carry out effective action plans.
- A strategic leader who consistently delivers business results and supports people development through an entrepreneurial approach in a high-volume, structured environment.
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, confident in engaging with all levels of the organisation and managing both internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret budgets, costs, and key performance indicators, and translate these into practical action plans.
- Knowledgeable in food safety and HACCP guidelines with excellent awareness of food safety, hygiene, WHS & manual handing standards is required.
