- An energetic approach as this department can become extremely busy.
- Strong customer focus, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do.
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment as well as an ability to multi-task.
- A safe mindset and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling including repetitive heavy lifting.

As our store operates 7 days per week, the successful applicant must have availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day, evening and 3 out of 4 weekends.

**Responsibilities**:
As an IKEA Food Co-worker, you will be enthusiastic and passionate about food and retail, and love connecting with others. You ensure your area is efficiently maintained as well as clean, organised, attractive and inviting to provide a positive customer experience.

We currently have opportunities within the operations team, and your duties may include:

- Dishwash - You will be working in a hot environment and processing dishes, maintaining the washing up area and machines whilst supporting and maintaining the cleanliness of the customer restaurant.
- Bistro - You will provide an exceptional customer experience at the end of the shopping journey, and be involved in active selling, cash handling, food preparation and cooking.
