**About the Role**

**The geographic scope of this position covers in and around Canberra.**

Key responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments of homes and buildings.
- Supervising the overall quality of the claims process.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Detecting and mitigating instances of fraud.
- Attaining rapid resolution times and managing costs efficiently.
- Serving as the primary face of our company and consistently delivering exceptional service.

**About You**

We are seeking a motivated individual who can thrive in various work settings, including both independent and team-oriented environments.
- A proven track record in Home Claims Management or Home Assessing.
- Proficiency and insight into the construction industry.
- Familiarity with the terminology and procedures associated with claims and building.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- A talent for establishing and sustaining robust professional relationships.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a dedicated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- A strong determination to excel and advance within the Assessing Team and the broader organisation.
