Pickles Schoolwear is seeking a motivated Retail Professional to join our team_. _Based in our Marrickville Flagship Store, part of your week will be visiting and supporting multiple locations in the local area. Be an integral part of our fast paced, growing business and bring your ability to multi task and strong people skills to the position

This is a Full-time position however Permanent Part

**You need to be able to**:

- The position requires rostered Saturday shifts.
- Deliver a positive Customer Service experience across all touch points including in store, online and via phone.
- Lead your team by setting the example.
- Efficiently and accurately process sales on POS including exchanges/returns as well as online orders.
- Accept deliveries, unpack and arrange stock, replenishing fixtures and stocktaking - lifting is required.
- Maintain and follow administration processes and systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to visit multiple store locations in the area.
- Ability to build strong relationships in the community with customers, P&C’s and Principals.
- Follow measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPI’S)
- Ensure store presentation is maintained and uphold visual merchandising standards for the store and any displays, along with other varied tasks.
- Customer service focus with friendly helpful attitude and willingness to ‘go the extra mile’.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to multi task and follow up.
- Required to be flexible and adaptable for working in a fast paced, changable environment with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Should have professional appearance and have a can-do attitude.
- Must be physically fit as standing and lifting involved.
- Working with children check and National Police Check.
- Drivers Licence. Own car preferable.
- Experience in apparel highly regarded.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Retail sales/Customer Service: 2 years (required)
- POS: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- Full Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)

Work Location: In person
