Portfolio Asset Manager

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Head of Property Operations, you will form part of the Property Senior Leadership team providing effective leadership to a team of Property Managers and Property Analysts.

You will develop and execute strategic asset strategies in line with investment objectives to optimise performance of assets and achieve targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Undertake financial modelling to ensure leasing, development and value add initiatives maximise portfolio value - provide recommendations for stakeholder approval as required.
- Ensure an effective Tenant Relationship Strategy is developed and executed.
- Work with leasing team to develop leasing strategies and analyse lease deals to maximise returns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external agents to ensure market knowledge is maintained and shared.
- Coordinate the external and internal valuation process.
- Review valuations and use the information to inform decision making.
- Provide leadership to a team of Property Managers and Property Analysts.
