We’re looking for a tech-savvy innovator to lead the charge as we bring intelligent systems into every corner of the business. Think: automation, machine learning, and next-gen tools that make us faster, smarter, and even more customer-obsessed.

In this role, you’ll be both a strategist and a builder—working hands-on to optimise processes, drive productivity, and roll out AI tools that actually work. You’ll collaborate across teams to design and implement smart systems, while keeping a close eye on performance, reliability, and data integrity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Use AI to automate manual, repetitive tasks across the company, including in your own workflow.
- Design and deploy AI agents across various departments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional requirements and success metrics.
- Partner with users and internal teams to ensure seamless operational implementation.
- Deploy and maintain internal tools and automation systems that increase employee productivity using AI.
- Educate teams on new AI capabilities and best practices.
- Develop documentation, training resources, and support processes.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure adoption and deliver measurable value.
- Monitor AI model performance and iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Analyze and report on KPIs and the ROI of AI initiatives.
- Act as a high-trust owner of systems and processes, ready to troubleshoot or refine automation and documentation where needed.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by researching and recommending cutting-edge AI tools and technologies.
- Continuously identify high-impact automation or process improvement opportunities in collaboration with business teams

**About You**:

- 3-5+ years of experience in tech or AL implementation, ideally in retail, fashion, e-commerce, or digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI in commercial settings, with a deep understanding of practical use cases.
- Hands-on experience automating business processes and deploying internal tools using AI and automation frameworks.
- Strong project management skills, with a history of successfully delivering cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on commercial impact.
- Confident communicator who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Passionate about e-commerce, emerging technologies, and driving innovation through AI.
- Self-starter who thrives in both strategy and hands-on delivery
