Partnering with our Global SEM Manager, you'll scale campaigns that power our next wave of international growth, driving high-quality, cost-effective traffic while keeping every click true to our brand.   • Build, optimise, and scale paid campaigns across Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display and Online Video to maximise ROI
  • Refine ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies while A/B testing and managing audience targeting
  • Manage and pace spend across channels using performance insights and data
  • Coordinate marketing promotions and manage creative briefs for YouTube, Display & CTV campaigns
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide insights that move the needle
What success looks like
  • Achieve positive ROAS based on business KPIs
  • Achieving 90–100% spend efficiency
  • Owning weekly and monthly reporting with actionable insights
  • Keeping campaigns running smoothly with quick problem-solving
Skills and experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar SEM role, either in-house or agency-side (ecommerce experience ideal)
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube and implementing campaigns across search engine marketing platforms
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Merchant Centre Next, including feed optimisation, troubleshooting and rule creation (experience with DataFeedWatch, Simprosys or Shopify a plus)
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and managing/pacing budgets
  • Strong analytical aptitude for identifying trends and using insights to highlight opportunities and weaknesses
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Excel proficiency for data management and budgeting
  • Driven innovator who brings energy, curiosity, and commitment to continuous growth
  • Strong communicator and collaborative team player who builds trust and alignment
  • Proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges and takes ownership of solutions
  • Passion for staying current with the latest PPC/SEM trends
