We are looking for our next team member to help us grow into our next phase of business.

Our team pride themselves on being able to provide a high level of quality customer service for all our customers.

This role will be multi-faceted with both office duties and warehouse duties.

Responsibilities / about the role:

- Answering customer service and administration calls.
- Preparing customer quotations, orders and invoices.
- General administrative duties, data entry and database management.
- General warehousing duties including picking and packing of orders, receiving, unloading, checking contents and signing for incoming deliveries of products.
- Provide adhoc support for other team members.

About you:

- Excellent communication skills.
- A flexible and adaptable attitude to work.
- Customer focused with a desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Efficient computer skills (using Microsoft Office suite), previous MYOB skills advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage own time effectively.
- Go-getter attitude - (no task too big or small)
- Great opportunity for an ex Vet Nurse or Animal Health industry personnel looking for job a change.

- Full time - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
