**About the Opportunity**

As the Roving Care Manager, your primary purpose is to support the homes, as the Clinical Leader and resident advocate in the absence of the Care Manager. You will need to quickly assume responsibility for the clinical and care service delivery throughout the care team.

Working in conjunction with the homes, General Manager, you will need to be agile, and have the ability to quickly step into the Clinical Care management role and work closely with the home’s management team.

Your duties will include, but be limited to:

- Resident Advocate, you actively seek feedback from residents and families to continually improve the clinical and care service delivery
- Enhance the resident experience through building great relationships with residents and families that promotes reassurance and confidence
- Chair the Quality and Continuous Improvement Committee in the home, ensuring clinical and care trends are reported, escalated and actioned
- Determine clinical priorities and allocate resources and rosters to achieve the best outcome for residents
- Utilise your personal influence and industry knowledge to build a skilful, educated and high performing clinical and care team
- Maintain and enhance resident’s health and well-being, capabilities, independence, choice, privacy, dignity and safety to make every day the best it can be

**About You**

Your extensive Care Management knowledge and experience will quickly shine, with your ability to shape and demonstrate the required actions in practice and then build a sustainable approach to these practices, before moving to another home.
- Previous Care Manager or Snr Clinical lead experience
- Registered Nurse with relevant AHPRA registration
- 5 years aged care experience as a Registered Nurse
- 2 - 5-years aged care supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of the legislation and regulations
- Highly organised to manage a broad range of responsibilities and own priorities.
- Well-developed relationship, facilitation and team leadership skills.
- Highly competent with technology, data analysis and reporting.
- A personal commitment to continuous learning in self and others and drive for improvement.
- Ability to travel across our homes in Metro Sydney and Regional areas
