We currently have an opportunity for a **Facility Services Manager **to join our team. You will be responsible for the co-ordination of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance (RM) undertaken within the Facility for the allocated teams.

Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you can also expect to be involved in the advancement within our Royal Childrens Hospital contract ; from innovating processes, to assisting on a variety of internal projects.
- Tertiary Qualification with an Engineering or Trade background.
- Experienced in a similar role in facilities management, within health sector is beneficial.
- Delivery of service-based maintenance contracts ensuring building services are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Management or supervisory roles of internal and/or external staff/teams.
- Responding to and satisfying customer requirements.

More than anything, you’ll have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a drive to provide high quality outcomes for the Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services business unit and our clients.
