New opportunity for professional Receptionist in successful advisory firm

**Your new company**
Your new company are an independent full service advisory firm located in North Adelaide amongst boutique cafes and shops. They service a variety of clients ranging from individuals through to large private companies. They are now seeking a professional Receptionist to join their team on a Permanent Full Time basis.

**Your new role**
Your new role as Receptionist is a crucial role to the company which incorporates elements of Reception and general Administration to support the wider team. You will be the first point of contact to welcome anyone to the business which requires a professional and friendly individual. You will be responsible for and includes duties not limited to:

- Welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer calls promptly and direct to the relevant department
- Coordinating agendas and appointments for Management staff
- Coordinate meeting room bookings
- Book couriers, accepting deliveries and directing mail as required
- Update and maintain database
- General administrative duties
- Ad-Hoc duties - ordering stationary, filing, scanning, general tidiness

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to following experience and skills:

- Previous reception experience in a professional service environment - highly desirable
- Previous accounting firm experience will be highly regarded
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- MYOB or Xero knowledge - highly advantageous
- ATO portal knowledge - desirable however not a requirement
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Suite - Word, Excel & Outlook
