**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, review, and coordinate education programs, ensuring compliance with ASQA, CRICOS, and ELICOS standards.
- Manage program administration, records, and reporting, including timetabling, course variations, and regulatory submissions.
- Respond to student and staff enquiries, resolving academic and program-related issues.
- Collect, analyse, and report on student outcomes, program performance, and compliance data.
- Work with senior management, trainers, and external stakeholders to ensure program goals are met.
- Oversee staff allocations, professional development, and continuous improvement of teaching and learning.
- Review facilities and resources to support program delivery, arranging adjustments as required.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and submissions for internal management and external regulators.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 3 years (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
