Our belief is to create a trusting and tailored approach to keep gardens at the highest possible standard.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Performing planting, hedging, trimming, and general garden maintenance.
- Maintaining plant health, including fertilisation, mulching, and disease prevention.
- Mowing lawns using various tools, including push-on lawnmowers and ride-on mowers.
- Weed management and debris clearing.
- Ensuring garden equipment and tools are well-maintained.
- Monitoring and managing irrigation systems.
- Garden projects laying pavers, building small retaining walls and other related landscaping jobs.
- Be able to work in a team environment and follow instructions
- Senior team members provide guidance and training to junior gardeners.
- Ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and knows their way around garden tools and equipment.
