**Skills and Attributes required to be successful**:

- Experience in maintenance is essential;
- Experience in building maintenance is highly desirable, but not essential;
- Trade qualification of any discipline is highly desirable, but not essential;
- Current valid drivers’ license
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Good attention to detail;
- Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to carry out a range of different tasks;
- Must be reliable, punctual and motived; and
- Must be willing to adhere to all bio-security, health and safety, operational, and animal welfare guidelines.
