McLean Farms is a diversified family-owned agri-business based in Pittsworth, 30 minutes Southwest of Toowoomba. Specialising in livestock and food production, the business is involved with a broad range of agricultural enterprises such as grain, compost and feed mill operations.

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to take up the role of General Maintenance Person. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance, repairs, renovations, and property duties across McLean Farms sites and company houses. This includes tasks such as painting, ensuring the upkeep of facilities, and liaising with suppliers for materials and services.

**To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and attributes**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to liaise effectively with suppliers and coordinate materials and work within agreed timelines.
- Understanding of WHS (Work Health and Safety) principles and safe working methods
- Demonstrated experience in a relevant industrial maintenance trade or property care business.
- Current 'C' class driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic.

You may be required to work reasonable overtime to meet operational demands.
