This is a full-time role based at our Head Office in North Ryde.

**About the role**:

- Assemble data, analyse performance, identify problems, and develop recommendations that support business operations
- Coordinate all international sea freight and liaise with service providers
- Monitor changes in shipments to ensure on-time arrival
- Optimise the scheduling of containerised freight
- Management of export shipments and documentation internationally, including stock transfers and terminal stock movements
- Cross Trade Shipping Management (documents & shipment file processing)
- Liaise with all DC's for stock transfers, terminal stock & stock movements
- Approval & sign off of all freight forwarder freight chargers
- Report international freight movements and costs to senior management
- Management and preparation of all relevant import documentation for Customs
- Become a key point of contact for freight movements at Nick Scali

**About you**:

- High proficiency in Excel is required with the ability to pull data and compile reports
- Previous inbound sea freight and/or logistics experience
- Experience working with a variety of freight forwarders is desirable
- Have excellent negotiation skills
- Be analytically minded and have excellent problem-solving skills
- Have high attention to detail and be highly organised
