**Salary**: $30.93 - $34.83/hour
- Busy Bees at Springfield Lakes is a welcoming 75-place service with warm learning spaces and engaging outdoor play areas — including sandpits, a bike track, climbing wall, teepee, bush tucker garden, and vegetable and herb gardens. We spark curiosity and support every child’s learning journey through play, exploration, and care.
- We are currently looking for passionate, qualified Educators to join our team in a permanent full-time capacity.

- What You Need- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)- Current Blue card valid for paid work- First Aid Certificate (including asthma and anaphylaxis)
- What We’re Looking For- A nurturing and inclusive approach to early childhood education- Strong understanding of children's developmental stages- Ability to create and implement engaging, age-appropriate programs- Great communication skills to work with families and team members- A positive attitude and a team-first mindset- Previous experience as an Educator in early childhood (preferred)
